At Cyscofy, we aim to keep our customers satisfied.
- Cancellations: To cancel your subscription, please contact us directly. Cancellations cannot be processed from your account dashboard.
- Refunds:
- Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable once payment is made.
- Annual subscriptions: If you contact us within one month of purchase, we can provide a 75% refund of the subscription amount.
- Service Issues: If you face technical problems, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve them.
